These were purchased at an unclaimed freight sale earlier this year, and they are new in the original plastic Ziplok bags. Although we didn't check them individually, there could be an occasional light scratch from being handled in bulk with the screws packaged together with the pumpheads. Also, the mounting plate appears to have holes for four screws, but there are only three screws included with each unit. However, we are not experts, and that's how the manufacturer shipped them. That would seem to make them suitable for higher flow volumes at lower pressure, but please make sure before attaching one to your sick grandmother's IV.
