It has the following markings:Front:Applied Medical Back:A3216 Made in the USA The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. 8 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide at handle and clamp is 1" long. This is in good condition. There are some scratches and scuffs. This has a locking mechanism that appears to work fine. What you see is what you get.
