Got this in an estate clean out. I can not find a model number on it but emailed the company and the lady identifed it as a model SM 4B or SM 4T. I know a couple of the screws are missing one of them is for the light but it seems to hold fine with the 2. I think 2 lenses are missing for the eye pieces as well. You can probably order these. Also, the base is a tad wobbly because the rubber pieces need some fixing as well. Selling for parts but will sell cheap. Will arrive in 2 packages as the base is very heavy and will need to be packed double boxed by itself.
