This listing is for one, but there are two available. They are guaranteed not to be DOA. Both are powering on without any issue and are putting out a bright white light. They come with a spare bulb that is in the light compartment, along with the bulb that is in the ballast. There is a brightness adjustment knob on the front control panels, both of which are working. Both have Biomed labels that were good until 9/24, meaning they were in use and serviced until recently. Included in this listing is the Olympus CLH-SC Light Source, (2) Olympus 15V 150W Halogen Lamps and 8' Hospital Grade Power Cord.
