Coherent Pulselife series High powered laser diode array. These are the 3 bar version and will do 120-150Watts, both units I have are around 806nm.
VLOC ( Virgo Lightning Optics Corp.). I have had several VLOK wave plates in this type assembly.
CVI Zero Order Achromatic Half Wave plate for Visible Laser Wavelengths

CVI Waveplate Part # 709-2215. This is a rare 1/2 wave Achromatic waveplate for visible lasers. Tested with 450, 488, 532, 589 and 635nm in a rotating mount into a polarized visible beam splitter cube.
Most likely a CVI Zero Order 1/2 Waveplate as it has the Orange and black markings for fast and slow axis typically on their product. I don't know the make for sure as it is a pull from a polarizer rotator.

Lambda for Coherent solid Etalon. This one is 1mm thick the FSR (GHz) @ 250nm is 95.71, @ 633nm is 102.95, @ 1014nm is 103.43.

This sale is for a PAIR (2) of the unmounted ones by REO (Research Electro Optics). Only have one mounted version (see last photo) available in my other sales. Pair of uncoated prisms 7.6mm thick, 2 equal sides are 12.28mm long, unpolished base is 13.67mm long.
