Vintage 1964 Nystrom Biological Model Co. adult male model with removable organs. So cool. Comes with the original storage bag and the cassette tapes which are dated 1970. Also comes with the interior cotton storage bag. Lots of scuffs and marks all over the model. Looks like the stem holding on the head was maybe repaired. There is a crack in the head and something rattles inside it. Overall just such an amazing piece of medical education history. So cool. I thought I’d have it forever but it scares my kiddos. 🤦♀️
Vintage mid century era anatomy head model. I believe this was made by Nystrom biological supply, the tag is missing. Made of blow molded or vacufrom plastic or celluloid and mounted on chipboard. No crack or damage! Totally hand painted and detailed. Life size, about 3/4 thick model on 1/4 backing. Vintage 1957 Nystrom model. Very good used condition - is missing a lung, but otherwise complete. This guy is large - almost life size at about 36 inches tall. Removable major organs, and head and brain are removable. Has minor surface wear on hair, as shown, and other very minor wear with age, but overall very good condition. Has a minor split in left upper arm, as shown. Very durable - it's survived my junior high classroom for almost 20 years!
