DSI Premium Line Spiral Fixtures are tapered self-tapping, int hex fixture, enabling easy insertion of the fixture into the socket and sustaining exceptional initial stability. It can be used in all b0ne types. The slightly aggressive geometric shape includes dual threads, two spiral channels stemming from the apex, micro rings on the neck, and a changing thread thickness along with the fixture for better stability in immediate loading. Indications: Immediate loading - suitable for extraction sitesTraditional 2-stage protocols. Both single and multi-iimplant restorationsCan be used for all b0ne types (especially for soft b0ne) Advantages: Made of titanium alloy grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V ELI with SLA surface treatment.Connection 2.42mm Int Hex, accepts the full range of the DSI Prosthetic component.Increased early BIC with high long-term BIC.Accelerated and improved ossseointegration process.Increased overall stability, especially in the soft b0ne.Self-tapping and self-drilling with b0ne condensing feature - allows excellent b0ne grip and easy fast and smooth insertion. The apical part of the fixture can penetrate even prepared sites with smaller diameters.Platform switching preserves crestal b0ne height and soft tissue levels.SLA Surface Treatment: The classic SLA surface, short of «Sand-blast, Large grit, Acid-etch» is based on a large aluiminum oxide Al2O3 particles sandblasting technique that generates a macro-roughness on the titanium surface. Sandblasting is followed by an acid-etching batch at high temperatures. As a result, subtle-sized 2-5 micron micropores appear at the fixture surface. This unique macro/micro-topography provides an ideal structure for cell attachment while reducing the possibility of bacterial colonization. SLA surface treatment is one of the most used in modern dental fixture placement. The studies confirmed its strong long-term performance, high mechanical stability, and low odds of developing peri-implaantitis. The manufacturer improved the process, making it hands-free and minimizing the aluuminum oxide residuals that may remain on the surface and could significantly impair osseeointegration.
