I'm assuming this has been used, but maybe not? I got it from the local college as surplus. The plug on one side is still in it, and the other was broken off, but the threaded part remains sticking out. I can thread it out with my fingers still, but rather than throw it away and leave it open, I opted to leave it in there for you to decide.
